Basic Rules and things to think about as you use this website:
Games prearranged through this forum will need to be figured out ahead of time by the people making the trade. If you need to find someone onsite, many of us will be able to help point people in the right direction, though some may choose to wear nametags. It's also best to label the games which you have sold with the person's name who bought them. There may be an area set up where you can drop those items off at, and pick up the ones you purchased. Make sure to label in a way where there is no damage to the item though.
Speaking of labeling items, you should make sure to have a price for each item, along with a way of identifying you as the seller. Many people will add their phone number, so that even if you aren't around, you can be notified that someone is interested in your items.
There will be an auction happening which anyone can drop their items into starting around 1pm. This auction goes through LOTS of games quickly, and likely will not draw top dollar, however if you start your price low enough, it can make sure you have room in your car for all the new stuff you bought by guaranteeing you won't be going back home with all the items you brought.
Following the Game Swap, we'll have some time to just sit down and play games, so plan to stay a while!
Food is nearby, however no food will be provided at the event.
There is a Math Trade set up. Details will be added later.
