Thanks for asking! With this last update, I've priced these games where I'm currently happy to keep them if I don't get the listed amount. With E&N, I was even hesitant to go down to $40 (it's a really good game) so if you're willing to do $40 then it's yours. If not, I'm more than happy to keep it for now.
