Hi, I'm a teacher who uses board games to teach history. There are a few games I'd love to add to my 'rotation', though many of these are pretty obscure.
"10 Days in" series (I have Africa and USA; I'm looking for '10 Days in Asia', or 'Europe', or 'the Americas').
Trekking the World, 2nd Edition (I'm specifically looking for 3 additional copies of the 2nd Edition of this game; I have one copy in hand, and I'll need enough copies for up to 20 students to play if I'm going to use it. Unfortunately, I can't use the 1st Edition of Trekking the World for class; it needs to be 2nd Edition only).
Ticket to Ride: Heart of Africa
Machiavelli (the Italian Renaissance version of Diplomacy; 1977)
Friedrich: Anniversary Edition (2004)
Siena (2005)
I also use board games as prizes for students who do well in the class. I'm looking for bargains on:
Ticket to Ride (original or Europe)
7 Wonders
Dominion
Puerto Rico
Pandemic
Catan
Or any others that are good for middle-school students learning geography and history. Thanks!
