Nope it is in fact a bad insert!
I bought this insert on etsy and the seller is no longer selling it so I don't have a link for it, but I can pm you pictures of how it looks now if your interested.
Essentially when I got it I had trouble putting it together the reference pictures didn't help I asked for a copy or link of how to put it together and the seller sent pictures that were still not helpful.
So I used the parts that I could make work and tossed the rest.
I also didn't mention it, but woops probably should the ambulances are partially painted aka I tried painting for the first time and quit after making the tires black, but also did not paint that detailed so the black paint is on other parts of the ambulance lol

I bought this insert awhile ago on etsy, the link for it is no longer working unfortunately, but from the details it should be able to fit Wildlife.

Also just went back and checked my etsy and saw my review there will also be a little bit of a box lift heads up!
